Sarah Birch has, for most of her life, been working her magic in sales and commercial development. Having run her own consulting business for many years, she understands the needs of a business to a minute level. She recognizes what it takes to make a success of a new initiative, and how to optimize existing strategies. She also understands the pressures and costs of recruiting, training, retaining, and developing talent while running and growing a business.
Sarah has been working within the outsourcing industry for some time now, adding not only to her knowledge but also building strong working relationships that have enabled her to help numerous household brands develop the right outsourcing strategy for their needs. Prior to her role as Commercial Director at Noon Dalton, Sarah worked alongside Mark Walton, the then CEO of Sensée. Their combined skills saw the business grow by over 400% in three years. With her intricate knowledge of businesses of all shapes and sizes, she is uniquely placed to help CEOs and executives develop the right outsourcing solutions for their needs.
When Sarah is not working, you will often find her pottering in the garden, growing fruit & veggies. When successful, she uses them in cooking & baking and shares with friends & family. When the British weather doesn’t lend itself to being outdoors, Sarah loves to sew, having made quite a few pieces of clothing over the years. She is also passionate about the various charities she supports, including free@last, which focuses on improving the lives of children and young people in Nechells, Birmingham.
